Shipping Policy

All quotations are based on delivery being made on a standard groupage (shared-user) service on a curtain-sided articulated vehicle, which means deliveries can be made any time between 8.00am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. However, time-specific deliveries or deliveries on specialist vehicles can be arranged but are subject to availability and written acceptance of the appropriate charges and surcharges. Further details of these charges can be found on the enclosed Schedule of Carriage Charges.

Split deliveries can be arranged but will be subject to additional carriage charges and relevant surcharges in accordance with this schedule.

All deliveries will be made on a curtain-sided articulated vehicles. Rigid vehicles are available at no extra cost, upon request. Any failed / refused deliveries will be charged to you in full. If re-delivery is requested this will also be charged to you in full.

All goods are to be delivered to site on approve haulage contractor of Kladworx Ltd.

Unloading of all parts is strictly by the client.

HI-AB crane off load service available upon request

The below lead in times are offered in good faith, and are advised on the information received at the time of quotation, however they maybe subject to revision by the manufacturers (Excluding works):

Metal Coping –  lead in times are up to 10-15 working days from confirmed manufacturing sizes.

Metal Flashings – lead in times are up to 10-15 working days from confirmed manufacturing sizes.

Support Systems – lead in times are upto 3-5 working days from order

Cladding Panels – 2 – 10 weeks dependent on availability (Check at time of Order)

Lead in times TBC on receipt of official written order, subject to stock availability at time of order.

Lead in times can extend in busy periods.
