Return of goods
We will accept the return of goods from you only by prior arrangement (confirmed in writing); on payment of an agreed handling charge (unless the goods were defective when delivered) and where the goods are as fit for sale on their return as they were on delivery on payment of an agreed re-stocking charge.
We cannot accept the return of specially ordered goods
s we get to meet the clients, and can answer any questions you may have, such as lead in times, colour palettes, and samples all of which are available to show the customer prior to order, and make a full assessment of the works to date, to ensure best practice has been undertaken before we start any installation. All with the view that the customer gets the correct advise and service, all of which lends to a positive experience for the end user.
