Alumasc Skyline Aluminium Fascia installation in Esher

A new residential development with an orangery, in a beautiful part of Esher recently specified an Alumasc Skyline Aluminium Fascia.

Due to the high standard and specification of the residence, they were looking for a high class finish, but with minimal joins and fixings.

The requirement was a standard aluminium fascia, and aluminium coping to the eaves and parapet. However the client expressed the wishes to have the aluminium coping and aluminium fascia integrated into a “one piece fascia”, which would envelope the entire eaves. But that wasn’t all, due to the extension being a 3 sided 3.7 x 4.7 x 3.7 orangery, there would naturally be small offcuts, due to the standard lengths of aluminium being 3 meters in length. This was clearly not what the client required, so we made a few suggestions, but we finished on extending the legs of the two 90 degree external angles, which omitted the need for small offcuts.
